Shipping is free on all U.S. orders over €100, so you can enjoy faster delivery with no additional cost when your cart reaches the threshold.

While the vast majority of parcels arrive on time, occasional minor delays may occur due to courier handling, which is unfortunately outside our direct control.

Standard Shipping (USA)

Standard U.S. orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery time is estimated at 2–4 business days, depending on your location and the courier network.

Priority Shipping (Skip the Line)

With our “Skip the Line” option, your order receives priority production and is placed at the front of our queue. Most priority orders are completed the next working day.

Total delivery time for Priority Shipping within the USA is typically 2–4 business days.

Because each piece of personalized jewelry is made uniquely for you, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless there’s a defect or a mistake on our side.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours and include photos — our team will guide you through the replacement or refund process.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once confirmed.
