They came in a timely manner, which is always great. However, I ordered the wrong ones. I ordered black instead of gold but they are still stunning!
My husband loves his pendent! He hasn't taken it off since he got it. The engraving is clean and clear.

The links were to replace the ones that came with the chain I purchased prior because the links slide off and disappeared down the sink. Other than too small to go back on the chain, they were nicely done and were as described.

Terrible service! First, I received the wrong order. I contacted customer support right away and someone got back to me. Since replying, i have not heard back from them. This was suppose to be a gift for Fathers Day but i can’t give them because its not what I ordered. I now have pendants that are completely useless to me.
