Custom & Personalized Products

Many of our products are custom-made and engraved based on customer input.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • All engraving details (names, dates, symbols) are correct

  • We are not responsible for spelling errors provided by the customer

Once production begins, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

SECTION 5 – PRICING & MODIFICATIONS

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

Personalized Products

Because personalized items are custom-made:

  • They are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless defective or incorrect due to our error.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence.

At our discretion, we will:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Issue a refund

SECTION 7 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping times are estimates only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

We are not responsible for third-party tools, websites, or services linked from our site.

Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
