At Engraving, we are committed to providing high-quality personalized jewelry that brings meaning to your most important moments. Below is our warranty, returns, and refund policy for customers in the United States.
1-Year Warranty (USA)
We stand behind the craftsmanship of our personalized jewelry. Our one-year warranty covers:
- Color changes – If the jewelry plating fades or changes color within 1 year of purchase.
- Faded engraving – If the engraving visibly fades within 1 year.
- Straps or clasps – If straps, clasps, or functional parts are damaged during normal use.
Important: The warranty covers free repair of the item. Shipping costs to our facility are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the product, we will repair the jewelry and ship it back as soon as possible.
How to Claim the Warranty

Include your order number and a short description of the issue. -
Provide photo proof
Send a clear photo showing the issue so we can evaluate the claim. -
Ship the item
If approved, you will receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. -
Repair & return
We will repair the jewelry and send it back promptly.
Return Policy (48-Hour Damage Notification – USA)
If your jewelry arrives damaged, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery. This policy applies to damages not covered under the 1-year warranty.
Please note: Bracelet and necklace lengths may vary slightly (tolerance up to ±5mm) due to the handmade nature of our products.
How to File a Claim
- Email us at support@engraving-jewelry.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.
- Attach photo proof clearly showing the issue and include your order number.
- Resolution – Our team will review the case and provide the appropriate solution (repair, replacement, or refund).
Important: Claims submitted more than 48 hours after confirmed delivery are not eligible under this policy.
Refund Policy (USA)
All personalized items are custom-made specifically for you. Personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a verified defect or an error made by us.
Eligibility for a Refund
You may qualify for a replacement or refund if:
- You received the wrong item, or
- The item arrived damaged and was reported within 48 hours, with photographic evidence.
After verification, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping costs if applicable.
Refund processing time: Approved refunds may take 5–7 business days to be processed.
