Overall I thought the quality of the item was good. I was pretty happy overall. Two pieces of feedback I have is 1.)My one son's name is shorter than the other two names so when I was ordering it was showing his name in a bigger font on the preview because it was less letters trying to fill across the pendant. I preferred them to be the same size font so I put a space on either side of his name and the preview adjusted it so they looked the same but when it came it still ended up using the same larger font. It was just a little disappointing that it didn't come out like the preview. 2.) One of the names (Braedyn) doesn't look centered on the pendant.. definitely more space on the left than the right. It's not a HUGE deal but something that I noticed compared to my daughter's pendant which was much more centered.
